I had a wonderful experience staying at Rafaelhotels Madrid Atocha. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The standout feature, however, was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The dinner menu offered a variety of delicious options, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the breakfast spread was both plentiful and flavorful, ensuring a great start to the day. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Atocha train station and many of Madrid's major attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Rafaelhotels Madrid Atocha for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent dining options. A truly great experience!

The hotel is placed right next to Atocha station, making it within 15-20m walking distance to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and modern, and the amenities were great. The room was very spacious and well-lit, with a lovely view of the garden, and there was a desk you could work from (just bring your own mousepad, the desk is glass 😊).

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is a walking distance to the train station and just outside the hotel is a taxi stand.

*Everything were really clean; *Comfy bed; *Possibility to get a bed for a newborn or a small child; *Perfect location for those who are planning to use fast-trains, traveling around Spain, cause its supper close to the train station.

The room was pleasantly big, high ceilings, with comfortable palette of colors. The bathroom stylish and clean. The same I can tell about the bedroom. Very nice staff, smiling and making you feel comfortable. Quick and professional. The Hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very comfortable even for a walking trip to multiple destinations around the city.

The room was generous with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. Housekeeping kept things very well and never disturbed me. The front desk staff are always there and attentive. Close to my office and great museums. The breakfast options from scrabbled eggs, sausages and bacon to fresh friut and pastries, yoghurt and coffees to order made the stay very pleasant.

Room was clean, quiet and at just the right temperature. Staff were helpful and attentive. Price was good if you booked on the cheapest tariff. Drinks were really good value.

Excellent hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and comfortable. I booked a room for 3 people and our room has been prepared with an extra 3rd bed and extra towels and toiletries. The bathroom was sparkling clean and everything was new. I would come here again and would recommend to others.

We like the cleanliness of the room, the interior which is modern, and the location. It is just beside the Atocha metro station, however, you have to walk a few blocks due to the exit point of the Metro station, about an 8-10 mins walk.
